Canceling a Grievance

You can cancel or view your own grievances on the TD Client Portal which can be found by searching "IT Services Help". Or use the byui.edu/information-technology website

Then select the third button called "IT Services"

Once you click on this option then it will open a new window that is going to look like this.

Make sure that your name can be found in the top right corner

Later, click on the fourth blue square on the left, "View My Requests"

Once you have click on this button, it will open a new window where you will be able to see all the requests you have done

Click on the request regarding your grievance and this will open all the information we have so far on the ticket. It will also show a red button on the left side that reads "Withdraw Request". Click this to Cancel your Grievance.
