Once you have been offered admission to BYU-Idaho, you will need to fill out your Track Questionnaire, which will help the school take certain factors into account when assigning you to a track.

Step 1: Once a decision has been made you will receive an email with a link that has more steps. Click on the link.

Step 2: When you click on the link it will take you to the login page. Log in using your Net ID information.

Step 3: Once you sign in it will take you to a document that looks like this. On the first line you will see the decision made. If you were admitted, click on the first link in Step 1. This will take you to the Track Questionnaire website with information on how the track system works.

Step 4: Watch the video on the 3 Track system.

Step 5: Fill out the 4 questions on the bottom of the Track Questionnaire page.

Step 6: Click on "SUBMIT"

Congratulations, you are one step closer to becoming a BYU-Idaho student! Once you have clicked submit, you will receive this confirmation that you have sent in your Track Questionnaire.
