This is for individuals making payments on a student account

You will receive an email that looks like this:

Once you open the link log in using the username and password you were given in the email

Once you have signed in you will be directed to create a new password.  Create this and make sure you have it saved.

Once you have created the new password you will be taken to the overview page where you can select make a payment and make a payment on behalf of the student
