Step 1: Go to byui.edu/housing

Step 2: Click the Centre Square drop down and click "Buy A Contract"

Step 3: Log-in to your BYUI account

Step 4: Once you are logged in you will see a landing page that looks like this:

Step 5: You can choose whether to buy another student's contract or look at available contract. If you look at available contracts, you will be able to pick the semester, bed type, building, floor, apartment and bed that you prefer.

Step 6: You will be led to the contract you select. Simply fill out all the checkboxes to virtually sign the contract. You will then need to pay a 25$ processing fee (non-refundable) and a 75$ security deposit (refundable)

Step 7: To join a notification list, follow steps 1-4. When you click to buy a contract and select a contract that is full for the apartment type, there will be a hyperlink that says "Join a Notification List."

Step 8: Click that and select the list you would like to join.

Congratulations! You've signed a contract at Centre Square!
