Dora Patricia Chiriboga Mateus
Good afternoon. About two months ago, after we suffered a flood where I live, with 15 houses having a meter of water inside, as a result, I lost belongings, documents, books, and my computer. I was unable to access the BYUI Portal and meet the requirements. However, the last thing I could do was explain the "charge for a course" that had not been paid. I followed the options according to the instructions within BYUI, but I never received a response. If they did, it was when I no longer had access to a computer. While I could, I wrote several times to different options, indicating that this charge was unjustified, as I never took the course. I have always paid for all my courses on time and willingly, and I feel terrible that I continue to be harassed about this charge.
The worst part is that I see that I have already been DELETED from BYUI as if I were a bad person, and I feel like I have been expelled without a justified reason. Now that I have a computer again, I cannot access BYUI because I simply NO LONGER EXIST.
PLEASE, I BEG YOU TO HELP ME RECOVER MY PLACE, MY AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER AGAIN. I CANNOT PAY THAT AMOUNT THAT THEY ARE UNJUSTLY CHARGING ME BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY. I HAVE NO JOB OR INCOME. I AM LIVING THROUGH A TERRIBLE TIME, AND STUDYING WOULD HELP ME TO KEEP GOING. I ask you in the name of Jesus Christ to help me.
Looking forward to your answer.
Kindly Yours
