Privacy training is an important part of campus jobs. Finding the privacy training portal can be fast and easy!

Step 1: First, log in to my.byui.edu account. Then, scroll down the Tools section.

Step 2: Under Tools, Click on Workday and then click on the "Login to Workday" option.

Step 3: If you are a "New Employee", your training will be in your Inbox, on the top-right corner of your screen.

Step 4: If you are a "Current Employee", you can find the training by hovering over the "Personal" tab and clicking on "Learning"

Step 5: Select "Discovery" and click on "Browse Learning" to access the official page of trainings.

Step 6: Search for "Privacy Training". Click on "Information Privacy Training" and then click on "Begin". 

Congratulations! You have accessed your training portal.
