NOTE: If you are a former student employee and can't access your W-2, you can call the Payroll Office (208-496-1990) or email them at [email protected] to request access.
Accessing your W-2 form allows you to track the income you've earned from your job at BYU-I as well as withholdings from your pay check.
Step 1: Log in to https://my.byui.edu/dashboard and under "Workday", select "Login to Workday."
Step 2: On the middle-right of your screen, click on the "Pay" icon under "Applications."
Step 3: Under "My Statements" select "Tax Documents."
To access your W-2 for 2018 or later:
Step 1: On the Tax Forms Printing Elections page, find the orange icon(s) on the right hand side of the page under "Employee Copy". Select the appropriate year to view/print your W2.
To access your W-2 for 2016 or 2017:
Step 1: Click “View/Print” under the "Employee Copy" column for the desired year.
Step 2: A pop-up window will come up that says "Your request is being processed."
If you wait, the image of your W-2 will appear on the screen. If you select "Notify Me Later", your request will process and the notification will pop up in the top right corner of Workday once the file is available.
Step 3: You can also see your file by clicking on “Notifications” (the bell in the upper right-hand side).
Good job! You should now be able to view and print your W-2.
