NOTE: If you are a former student employee and can't access your W-2, you can call the Payroll Office (208-496-1990) or email them at [email protected] to request access.
Accessing your W-2 form allows you to track the income you've earned from your job at BYU-I as well as withholdings from your pay check.
Step 1: Log in to https://my.byui.edu/dashboard and under "Workday", select "Login to Workday."
Step 2: On the middle-right of your screen, click on the "Pay" icon under "Your Top Apps."

Step 3: Under "Tasks and Reports" select "My Tax Documents."

Step 4: A list of all the W-2s for the years that you've worked at BYU-Idaho should appear. Just click on the form for the year you want to look at, and it should give you the option to print.
Good job! You should now be able to view and print your W-2.
