Adding credit card information to your cell phone account is easy! Just follow this simple guide!
1. Sign in by selecting the blue "Login" button
2. Sign in
1. For campus employees, select the white "BYU-Idaho Login" button to sign in with your regular BYUI credentials
2. For other members on the employee's plan, enter your personal phone number and password to log in
- If you don't have a password, check with the account holder
3. Next, select "Billing".
4. Under "Payment Info"
- If you have never added payment information before, it will say "You do not have any payment info setup." Select "click here" to set-up your payment method
- If you previously have added payment information, scroll down to step 8 and follow the steps listed there
5. From this window, click "update".
6. Enter payment info
7. On this window you can make the updates and click "Pay".
- Clicking "Pay" will not charge your account at this point
8. If you have previously entered a payment method follow these steps:
- Select "Manage My Account" on the top menu
- Click on " Update" under the payment info
9. On this window you can make the updates and click "Pay".
Clicking "Pay" will not charge your account at this point
Congratulations! You have successfully updated your Credit Card information.
