Editing a ticket in the BSC is easy! Just follow this simple guide!
Step 1: Click on the ticket you wish to edit. You can click on either their ticket ID or their title.
Step 2: Select "Actions" and then "Update" at the top of the ticket (OR the green "Update" button at the bottom of the ticket).
Step 3: In the window that appears, make sure the "New Status" field at the top is set to "New". If not, please change it to "New".
Step 4: Add a note explaining the question/concern from the student in the "Comments" field.
Step 5: Select the green "Save" button at the top of the window. (This will send your comment to the authorizations team for review.)
Step 6: Let the student know you have submitted their question/concern to our authorizations team and they should get a response in their BYUI email within 2 business days.
