Canceling a Financial Aid appointment for a student is easy! Just follow this simple guide!

Step 1: On the BYU-Idaho Financial Aid Appointment Scheduler search for the student by name or I-Number

Step 2: Select the student under "Contact". Their information will appear under "Requestor".

Step 3: Select "Cancel Existing Appointment" under "Appointment Type". You will have the option to reschedule another appointment. If so continue with a date and time for the student.

Step 3: When you are done, click submit.

Congratulations! You canceled their Financial Aid appointment!
