Troubleshooting for Suspended Users

A new cellular plan was implemented on April 1st 2026. Users who have not signed into the new system and updated their payment method have had their account suspended as of June 22nd 2026. If you are an affected user please follow these steps to reactivate you accounts

1. Sign in by selecting the blue "Login" button

 2. Sign in 

1. For campus employees, select the white "BYU-Idaho Login" button to sign in with your regular BYUI credentials 

2. For other members on the employee's plan, enter your personal phone number and password to log in

  • If you don't have a password, check with the account holder

3. Login issues:

  • If you have forgotten your password click on the Forgot password link and enter your email for a temporary password

4. Accept User Agreement

Once you have logged in you will see the "Cellular Plan Policy and User Agreement" read through this and scroll to the bottom where you can click "I Agree".

5. Under "Payment Info"

  • If you have never added payment information before, it will say "You do not have any payment info setup." Select "update" to set-up your payment method
  • If you previously have added payment information, scroll down to step 8 and follow the steps listed there

6. From this window, click "update".

7.  Enter payment info

8. On this window you can make the updates and click "Pay".

  • Clicking "Pay" will not charge your account at this point

 

 9. If you have previously entered a payment method follow these steps:

  • Select "Manage My Account" on the top menu
  • Click on " Update" under the payment info

10.  On this window you can make the updates and click "Pay".

Clicking "Pay" will not charge your account at this point

11. Paying charges on your account.

  • Select "Manage My Account" on the top menu
  • Click on " Billing"
  • Click on "Pay Now"
  • Once you have paid  service will be restored in 1-2 hours

You have now reactivated your account.
