Student sometimes need proof of enrollment for outside entities (scholarship agencies, employers, housing, etc.) Getting an enrollment verification is easy!

Step 1: Go to Enrollment Verification

Step 2: Then click "Enrollment Verification".

Step 3: Login to BYUI

Step 4: Click on "Create A New Enrollment Request", and enter the required information in the forms.

Follow the instructons to select the information you need to appear on the verification form.

Once you have completed the process, you will be able to download and print the form. Great job!
