Checking on a Student Health Plan Waiver is easy and simple!

Step 1: Search "Student Health Plan" on the BYU-Idaho website and select the first result that comes from the search.

Step 2:  Click on the "View Policy" button under the heading 'Insurance requirements'.

Step 3: You will be required to log-in using your BYU-Idaho information, in addition to entering your date of birth to confirm your identity.

Step 4: Once logged in, select the "Insurance Waiver/Student Health Plan Enrollment" tab to the left of the screen.

Step 5: Scroll to the bottom of the Screen and select the "Insurance Waiver" tab.

Step 6: The page should display the current status of your Health Waiver.

Congratulations! You checked on your waiver!
