Checking on a Student Health Plan Waiver is easy and simple!

Step 1: Search "Student Health Plan" on the BYU-Idaho website and select the first result that comes from the search.

Step 2:  Click on the "View Policy" button under the heading 'Insurance requirements'.

Step 3: On the upper left-hand side of the new page under "Health Plan Management," there will be two options and you will want to select the one that says "My Waivers".

Step 4: Make sure to select to correct semester you need.

Step 5: The "create date" is when you submitted your waiver or when it was put into the system.

Congratulations! You checked on your waiver!
