This step by step process will help you obtain a 1098-T form.

Step 1: Login to your BYU-I account, search for "1098-T" in the search bar, and then choose "Student Tax Information"

Step 2: Click on "1098-T Form"

Step 3: Scroll down to where it says "Request an unavailable 1098-T"

Step 4: A new website will open. Make sure to click on "Request Service" on the right side of the website.

Step 5: Fill out the Form with the corresponding information and once you are finished, click "Submit."

Congratulations! You have successfully requested your 1098-T form.
