The Program Applicability Tool is a great tool and it is used to check if classes taken are applicable to the classes required to complete their degree. It also helps you understand which courses would qualify for federal financial aid
Depending on student type, BYU-Idaho Students will have one of two Student Portals. If you are an Online Student, follow the steps for Student Portal (Online Student). If you are a campus student, follow the myBYUI Student Portal (Campus Students) steps.
NOTE: Students who wish to change their major (degree), must have an APPROVED grad plan with the new major (degree) by the TUESDAY BEFORE THE WEEK SCHOOL STARTS to qualify for program applicability that semester. The info provided by this tool is NOT a guarantee of payment. Final disbursement of federal aid is based on several factors.
