Submitting Continuing Ecclesiastical Endorsement

Updated on

The electronic continuing endorsement is an online form students must complete before meeting with their bishop for a continuing endorsement interview. Following the interview, bishops complete the endorsement process, removing the continuing endorsement hold from the student’s record.

Step 1: Go to web.byui.edu/endorsestudent and sign in using your BYU-I login details.

Step 2: Click on "Search" to manually find your ward.

Step 3: Insert Unit Name or leader's name and a list of wards appear on the right to select from then click "search" to return to main page.

Step 4: Once back on the home page click on " Next"

Step 5: Review the Honor Code and select "Next"

Step 6: Agree to commit to live the Honor Code by checking the box and then click "Next"

Step 7: Schedule an interview with your ecclesiastical leader, select "Next".

Step 8: Your ecclesiastical leader will be notified. The hold should be removed once your Bishop has approved your endorsement.

Good job on submitting your Continuing Ecclesiastical Endorsement for approval!
