If you said something you didn't mean to and need to take it back; this is how you do it!
Step 1: You can cancel or view your own grievances on the TD Client Portal which can be found by searching "IT Services Help".
Step 2: Once you're there, you will see this page. Make sure that your name can be found in the top right corner
Step 3: Click on the button titled "View My Tickets"
Step 4: A new page will open where you will be able to see all the requests you have done
Step 6: Click on the request regarding your grievance. Click the "Withdraw Request" button to cancel your Grievance.
Congratulations! Now you know how to cancel a grievance!
