Activating Account for Ticket Office

Activating your account for Ticket Office will help you look at events, purchase your tickets, and find your tickets all in one place!

Step 1: Go to www.byui.edu/tickets 

Step 2: Click on "Student and Employee Tickets"

Step 3: Sign in with your BYU-Idaho email then hit "Continue"

Step 4: Click on "Send Me a Code"

Step 5: Go to your BYU-Idaho email on outlook.office.com and retrieve the code that was emailed to you. Type the code in under "Verification Code." Hit "Verify"

Step 6: Enter the needed info on the next screen, including billing and shipping address. You will need to keep your email address as your employee/student email to get the employee/student rate. Click on “I agree.” Scroll down and click on the “Next” button. You should be registered and ready to go!

Step 7: You’ll be redirected to the home page where you can select your category of tickets and begin the purchase process. Be sure to click the log in button in the top right corner of the page before purchasing tickets.
