Activating Account for Ticket Office

Activating your account for Ticket Office will help you look at events, purchase your tickets, and find your tickets all in one place!

Step 1: Open your internet browser and navigate to http://www.byui.edu/university-services/event-services/ticket-office (We recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.)

Step 2: Click on the arrow below "Student and Employee Events"

Step 3: Click on "Register" in the middle of the screen. Note that this is a step for individuals using this site for the first time. If they have registered in the past, they can Login with their credentials below.

Step 4: Enter your I-Number, then click "Activate"

Step 5: Type in all the information on that screen, including billing and shipping address. You will need to keep your email address as your employee or student email to get the employee/student rate. Click on the box, “I agree.” Scroll down and click on the “Next” button. You should be registered and ready to go!

Step 6: You’ll then be redirected back to the home page where you can select your category of tickets and begin the purchase process.

After completing this process, you just need to click the log in button in the top right corner of the page before they begin the ticket purchasing process.
