Submitting a feedback ticket through your student portal is easy! Just follow this simple guide!
Step 1: Open the chat bot in the bottom right corner. Follow the prompts shown below about logging in.
Step 2: Type "Agent" into the text box, and the screen below should appear.
Step 3: Scroll down and fill out the boxes under "Submit a New Request." Once that is done, click "Submit." You should receive an email or text confirming that a ticket has been made and that it is waiting for an agent to respond.
