-Visit the BYU-Idaho Accessibility Services Office website https://www.byui.edu/disability-services/

Click the "Accommodations Login"button and log in using your BYU–Idaho credentials.

Click “Start New Application.”

Fill in the required information

Click “Create Application Draft.”

Your application will be a draft. It will not be submitted yet.

Complete all the questions under "List of Questions"

Click  "Save and Upload Documentation'

Attach documentation that includes your diagnosis signed by a qualified professional.

Then click “Upload File.”

Click “Continue – Information Release Consents”and complete any applicable consent forms if desired.

This is not required, but you must complete it if you want to authorize the release of your information to others.

Click “Proceed to Final Review.”

Click “Submit Application.”

Congrats! you finish your application. Watch you BYU-Idaho email for the next step to getting accommodations.

*Remember that you will need to renew this every semester.
